CDSL Contributes Rs 6.82 Crore In Fight Against COVID-19

The present situation of COVID-19 pandemic demands that our nation stands united and support the fight with full-spirit against the novel – Coronavirus i.e, COVID-19. Responding to the same, the CDSL Group has contributed Rs 6.82 Crore in support of all on-going relief efforts. A contribution of INR 4 Crore and INR 1.99 Crore towards Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund and Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (Maharashtra) respectively, have been made today by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (“CDSL’).

Further, the fully-owned subsidiary CDSL Ventures Limited (“CVL”) has contributed an amount of Rs 55 Lakh towards Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund and Rs 27.99 Lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (Maharashtra) respectively.

Nehal Vora, CDSL – MD & CEO, said “Our initiative is to support the battle against this pandemic. The Board of Directors of CDSL, the entire management and all employees are in strong support of the government’s initiative in every possible way.
