CREDAI Maharashtra Organizes State Level Convention MAHACON-2020

A state-level Convention MAHACON-2020 was organized by CREDAI Maharashtra on 6th and 7th Jan 2020 in Mumbai and almost 700 realtors working at city and district level will participate from 57 centres across the state.

Incidentally, the Real Estate sector is going through challenging times both at national as well state level. In such a scenario, this convention was considered important for planning future solutions for the housing sector. It will provide members helpful guidance on advanced construction systems, laws pertaining to the real sector, tax structure, financial discipline and also focus on customer interest, business commitment and ethics.

MAHACON-2020 was based on the theme “Rising Above” and had a panel discussion on the subject of Maharashtra surging ahead. Prominent names in Real Estate sector like Satish Magar-President CREDAI National, Chairman Jaxay Shah, Vice President National Shantilal Kataria, Indian billionaire Investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Mrs Rachna Bhusari VP – NSE and Guru Shri Gyan Vatsal Swami guided the delegates.

With the new Government in place, the builder community will have a great opportunity to present their expectations and problems to the Government. President Credai Maharashtra Rajiv Parikh, Hon Secretary Sunil Kotwal, Treasurer Girish Raibage, Convenor Vasant Bhadra, Co-convenor, Chirag Shah and the Managing Committee members expressed that for real estate sector’s progress and learning of newer technology in construction, the MAHACON-2020 will be a significant event.
