Prince Pal Singh A 15-year-old Basketball Player Earns $75,000 Scholarship To Train in USA

Punjab-born fifteen-year-old basketball player Prince Pal Singh has earned  a $75,000 Scholarship To Train in the USA. This comes as great news for aspiring basketball players all over India. The young boy has an incredible height of nearly 7-feet and has great skills.

The selection for the scholarship took place at the Delhi Public School, Rajnandgaon, Chattisgarh, by Players1st Sports Managment in association with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) centre and School Games Federation of India. Students between the age group of 14-19 years were invited to participate for the scholarship. Prince will now train at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio, USA.

Punjab-born Satnam Singh Bhamara is also a basketball player who became the first Indian to be drafted in the NBA when he was picked by Dallas Mavericks. Prince’s selection is just another big step towards global recognition for Indian Basketball Players.
